Original language description
Short diagnoses are given of the almost endemic Afrotropical subtribe Erwinlindneriina, with the genera Beziella Enderlein and Erwinlindneria Rohdendorf. Two new subgenera are described, Bantumyia Verves and Khrokalo, n. subgen, as well as one new species, Erwinlindneria (Zumptisca) gashaka Verves and Khrokalo, n. sp. One new species synonym and two new generic synonyms are proposed. Seven new combinations are proposed, Beziella (Bilenemyia) limpopoensis (Zumpt 1956), n. comb., B. (Callostuckenbergia) beninella (Lehrer, 2003), n. comb., B. (C.) limela (Lehrer and Lehrer, 1992), n. comb., B. (C.) rageaui (Rickenbach, 1966), n. comb., B. (Draculana) momba (Curran, 1934), n. comb., B. (Malawithyrsia) bulamatadi (Curran, 1934), n. comb., and B. (Malawithyrsia) oharai (Lehrer, 1994), n. comb.
