Original language description
The short review of optical fiber sensors for using in medicine is presented, especially for endoscopy methods of examination. The principle of scanning and interesting technical and structural parameters are marked for selected type of sensors, too. Theexperimental project, that is focused on developing bone-remodelling sensor, is presented in the next part. In connection with presented project is introduced the measurement of bloods attenuation characteristics and reflectance of bone tissue. The estimation of blood attenuation versus wave lenght and blood thickness were the aim of measuring. The reflectance properties of bone tissue versus wave lenght were measured, too. The design of measuring probe, measuring method and equipment are described. The resul is system of spectral characteristics, that was maasured out in blood optical enviroment with pig blood.
