The paper presents money centred maintenance management showing both cost and outcome financial impacts of maintenance. There are described methods of maintenance management maximizing profit of an organization. It is used the system approach of maintenance management based on technological tools and methods of maintenance personal motivation and their leadership. Authors deal direct and indirect links between maintenance recourses and financial effects. Application of the described and proposed methodsand tools can bring larger profit of an organization. V příspěvku jsou prezentovány zásady údržby zaměřené na peníze, a to jak na nákladové, tak i na výstupní finanční dopady údržby. sou popsány metody managementu údržby, které umožňují maximalizovat zisk organizace. Je použit systémový přístup k managementu údržby, který je založen na technologických nástrojích a metodách motivujících personál a vedení.
