The method of evaluation of the influence of the annual operational use on the unit operating costs was shown in the paper. The developed method enables easy calculation of organic fertilization units operating costs and can be used by farm owners for making decisions about the way of carrying out the treatment (purchasing or outsourcing). The method can be used to determine the minimal time of the use of the unit so that the service is profitable for the service provider or to enable sharing the unit for organic fertilization with other users.
