ECONOMIC AND ENERGY EFFECTIVENESS OF WINTER WHEAT AND WINTER RAPE CULTIVATION FOR LIQUID BIOFUEL PRODUCTION
Original language description
The aim of this study is to analyze and assess the economy and energy effectiveness of winter wheat and winter rape cultivation for liquid biofuel production. The cost of production and Economic effect index are more advantageous in the case of winter rape. As well the final balance of energy effectiveness shows better values if the biodiesel is produced using winter rape when compared with bioethanol from winter wheat. Calculation of the obtained products and their comparison with an energy unit has shown that the netto energy from biodiesel was positive while that from bioethanol was negative. This means that in the latter case, expenditures are greater than gains within the produced biofuel.
