The paper deals with semiconductor sensors sensitivity in monitoring of different ammonia concentrations. The experiment took place in a laboratory with two sorptive materials, wood shavings and saw dust. Every sample of sorptive material was measured bymetal oxide semiconductor sensor SP-53 (FiS Inc.) and along with photoacoustic multi-gas monitor (Innova Air Tech Instruments) at the same time. The output dates were continually recorded and processed. Obtained results are presented and discussed.
