The aim of created methodology and further experiments is the verification of a basic measurement of emission characteristics of individual type engine of vehicles and the periodical updating of these characteristics for an individual vehicle. Subsequently these characteristics are usable for a indirect operational measurement of mass emission production of every individual driven vehicle on any part of vehicle?s route under usual traffic conditions. Emission characteristics that are taken into account,obtained for the specific vehicle, have to have adequate quality that would enable to assign instantaneous values of single fractions? emission mass for instantaneous drive mode under conditions of vehicle?s specific mechanical properties and road.
