    The paper describes mechanical qualities of a reactoplastics ? an epoxy resin filled with a recycled rubber in a form of micro-particles. Such application of the waste can be regarded as a material usage which should be preferred to other ways of the waste handling. The micro-particles of the recycled rubber influence the mechanical qualities of a polymer in which they are dispersed. The paper quantifies cohesive and adhesive properties of the filled epoxy resin. Filling polymers ? reactoplastics with waste fillers saves costs, it does not burden the environment and it is unexpensive. Results described in this paper can lead to enlarging the application areas of the recycled rubbers. As the filler the recycled rubber gained by a process of an ecological liquidation of tyres by the firm Gumoeko, Ltd was used.
