Reclamation in Sokolov region is a part of ?Czech reclamation school? widely accepted in many European and non-European countries. One of the pillars of the successful reclamation is categorization processes. These processes are basis for technical, biological and hydrological rehabilitation and reclamation leading to the creation of new landscape. Reclamation of spoil banks in Sokolov region is one of the important landscapes making factor but should be an integral part of Reclamation land-use planning
