  • Original language description

    Faunistic survey of beetles (Coleoptera) in Hejtmanka Nature Reserve was performed in 2009. Various survey and trapping methods were used in order to record as many species of beetles. The survey recorded 680 species from 60 families on basis of 2430 specimens and presence of their galleries (in latter case only 10 species from all). Fifty-four species are included in the Red list of the Czech Republic, including the critically endangered Anthaxia senicula senicula (Schrank, 1789) (Buprestidae), Hylis olexai (Palm, 1955) (Eucnemidae) and Agnathus decoratus (Germar, 1818) (Pyrochroidae). Another 17 species belong to the near threatened species, 17 to the endangered species and 19 to the vulnerable species.
