    Ergonomic Operational Working Aspect of Forest Machines

    Ergonomic forestry issues are very complex. The questions of ergonomics of forest machines must also be applied in the development, design and construction of forest machines. It is necessary to devote very thorough attention to this issue and to carry out detailed analyses of all the factors in order to determine the criteria and parameters of the optimal solution of the working conditions and thus to help create the relevant standards and regulations. Work with a chain saw is risky and has negative impact on the health of workers according to the recent knowledge of work with chain saws. Regulation of these impacts influences technical, technological and organisational interventions which should be supported by taken preventive measures. This is the reason why famous manufacturers of chain saws have taken different technical measures which influence decreased values of vibrations and noise. It is necessary to take also measures in the area of maintenance to support technical measures in practice. T
