vgSCDE - variable generations in shuffled complex differential evolution -- is the stochastic global optimization toolkit based on combing the shuffled complex mechanism with differential evolution. The vgSCDE represents the class of global single objective optimization algorithms and enables the estimation of control parameters via the ensemble simulation, the comparative analysis of 14 mutation strategy, the binomial crossover and maximum likelihood parameter estimation. The authorized software is written in C++ programming language using the recursive templates and template meta-programming employed via Armadillo C++ library.
