    Land use changes have been analysed in the study area Honbice and former district Chrudim located ca. 9 km to the east of the Chrudim city. The study area has been delimited following cadastral boundaries of the Honbice village and former district boundaries of the Chrudim district. Changes in landscape macrostructure have been quantified via calculation of coefficients of ecological stability (Ces) and coefficient of anthropogenic influence (Cai). Considerable negative changes in ecological stability of landscape have been observed due to land use changes. It has been decrease in the area of pastures and meadows and increase in the area of built-up and other areas behind negative tendencies. Results based on the analysis of landscape changes are of high importance as a reference data in the process of landscape planning.
