Report analyses problematic of logging and skidding damage by tending felling. With growing damages there is growing risk of fungal attack, which is reflected on decrease of wood quality and wood production. In a future it will have negative impact on aprofit of logging operation. That is why the goal is to find optimal logging-technology parameters, in this case it means optimal cutting percentage and optimal length of line, which can influence damage quantity, when using forwarder, up to 51 percent.Implementing these parameters set up for different, the menstrual damage would be minimized for forest stand. Mathematics analyze allows to determinate optimal technological and technical parameters for different logging machinery, which leads to minimization of menstrual damage. Demonstration of service conditions for forwarder FMG 678 MINI on forest district Horní Blatná is component of report.
