Original language description

The professional education of advisors is a compulsory condition for the use of governmental subsidies. Department of Education participated in the courses in the field of communication and presentation skills of advisors. The paper analysed three aspects of the courses: methodological tools of extension work, psychological bases of effective communication and the problem of stress and condition of training skills. There is also theoretical model of structure of professional competences of advisor described.
