Mn-site doped Y1-xCaxMnO3 (x=0.3-0.4) - from spin glass to FM cluster formation
Original language description
The spin glass/cluster glass properties of manganite perovskitesY$_{1-x+y}$Ca$_{x-y}$Mn$_{1-y}$Cr$_{y}$O$_{3}$, $x$=0.3, $y$=0 and$x$=0.4, $y$=0, 0.05, 0.1 were studied by measuring and analyzingmagnetization, $AC$ susceptibility and heat capacity data.Whilethe $x$=0.3, $y$=0 sample shows typical spin glasscharacteristics, the Cr-doped manganites ($x$=0.4) can be ratherviewed as non-uniform systems with FM clusters.
