Original language description
A dual gas chromatograph with a pyrolysis reactor for evaluating ethylene pyrolysis feedstock bypyrolysis products was assembled and tested. The instrument with a pulse tubular reactor makes it possible toreliably and comprehensively determine pyrolysisproducts from various types of hydrocarbon feedstock. Toillustrate potential uses of the laboratory instrument, data on testing a set of different naphtha brands arereported. The bench-scale testing data are scaled up to industrial conditions by means ofartificial neural networksfor more effective use of the results of laboratory tests.
