Thin organic layers prepared by MAPLE and gas sensors application
Original language description
The article deals with application of MAPLE technology for the preparation of active layers of chemical gas sensors. The as-deposited layers based on acetyl-acetonates of indium and tin were thermally activated and their sensitivity to ozone, nitrogen dioxide and hydrogen was tested. The as-deposited layers were characterized by FTIR and SEM.
