Synthesis of diarylsulfides via nucleophilic coupling of the 4-substituted aryl bromides with 4-methoxybenzene-1-thiol is described. The prepared compounds should be used as the leading building blocks of quinlukast higher homologues.

V práci je popsána syntéza diarylsulfidů nukleofilním couplingem 4-substituovaných arylbromidů s 4-methoxybenzen-1-thiolem. Připravené sloučeniny mohou být použity jako stavební bloky vyšších homologů léčiva quinlukastu.
