Original language description
Erbium in-diffusion into silicate glass surfaces by ion exchange of erbium ions for lithium ions and characterization by ion-beam analytical techniques. It was found that the erbium incorporation is accompanied by Cs+ and Rb+ ion exchange. The Li concentration in the glass was the most important parameter for succesful Er-doping.

Difuse erbia byla prováděna iontovou výměnou do skel obsahujících lithium a výásledky byly studovány pomocí nukleárních analytických metod. Významným parametrem pro úspěšnou dotaci je obsah lithia ve skleněném substrátu.
