Cu(I) Catalyzed Coupling of (9-Benzyl-6-yl)magnesium Chloride with Allyl Halides: An Approach to 6-Allylpurine Derivatives
Original language description
6-Allylpurine derivatives are formed by CuI catalyzed coupling of (9-benzyl-9H-purin-6-yl)magnesium chloride with allyl halides. The reaction is accompanied by allylic rearrangement in some cases. Under acid conditions the double bond of the allyl grouprearranges to the conjugation with purine ring.

Cu(I) Katalyzovaný kapling (9-Benzyl-6-yl)magnesiumchloridu s allylhalogenidy: Přístup k 6-allylpurinovým derivátům.
Czech description
6-Allylpuriny vznikají Cu(I) katalyzovaným kaplingem (9-benzyl-9H-purin-6-yl)magnesium chloridu s allylhalogenidy. V některých případech je reakce provázena allylovým přesmykem. V kyselém prostředí dochází k přesmyku dvojné vazby do konjugace s purinovýmjádrem.
