    The improvement of anticorrosion properties of organic coatings by surface treatment

  • Original language description

    "This research report aims at phosphating surface treatment. The phosphate conversion coating could significantly improve adhesion properties of organic coating and its anticorrosion properties. This condition was tested on samples covered by zinc-calcium phosphate layer. The adhesion properties were proved by divorce device (ČSN EN 4624). Before the test, the semples were exposed in condensation chamber for 12 days. On the surface of samples the adhesion strength was measured and type of fracture was specified. Resistence to corrosion attack under organic coating was tested in haze chamber (ČSN EN ISO 9227) by 10 days exposition. The corrosion lenght under organic coating was measured. The obtained data affirm fact, that the phosphating surface treatment improve adhesion anticorrosion properties of covered organic coating."
