  • Original language description

    Production of ozone from surface dielectric barrier discharge in air can be affected by various catalysts placed in the discharge chamber. We investigated UV emission of the surface dielectric barrier discharge in air and ozone production of this discharge without and with zinc oxide layer on the wall of discharge chamber, We found that ZnO layer for higher values of average power increases concentration of ozone produced by the discharge as well ozone production yield.
