    Heat transfer and phase transition in DTA experiment

  • Original language description

    The influence of sample size and heat transfer inside the sample on the shape of the resulting DTA/DSC curve is analyzed and modeled. The difference between heat inertia of the sample with and without considering the heat transfer effect is demonstratedand the issue of non-isothermal kinetics of phase transformations studied by thermoanalytical methods is critically discussed.
