From natural phenomenon of antibiotic resistance in the environment to emergence of multiresistant strains
Original language description
Increase antibiotic resistance in surroding enviroment promote the selection of resistant bacteria, which pose the risks to human. The sub-inhibition concentration of antibiotics in various environemntal niches promote the bacteria with resistance genes and accelerate their spread by horizontal gene transfer and rising and occurrence of new mechanism of resistance. Aditionally, there is evidence that resistance towards antibiotics in pathogenic bacteria originate from environmental resistom and increment of multi-resistance bacteria became the serious public health problem.
