Element species fractionation in rye and maize flours was investigated by SEC/ICP-MS. Low molecular weight metal -binding compounds were isolated by IMAC and characterized by amino-acid composition and MALDI-MS analyses.

Czech description
Speciace prvků v žitné a kukuřičné mouce byla sledována metodou SEC/ICP-MS. Nízkomolekulární ligandy kovů byly izolovány metodou IMAC a charakterizovány aminokyselinovým složením a hmotnostními spektry (MALDI-MS).
