    Gasoline Vapor Removal Along the Bed Height in Perlite Biofilter

  • Original language description

    The objective of the study was to evaluate degradation of gasoline and its aliphatic and aromatic fraction degradations in waste gases using a biofilter. It was proved that the aromatic components were removed more rapidly and completely than the aliphatic compounds. The significant influence of the inlet gasoline concentration on the degradation efficiency could be seen especially in a case of the degradation of aliphatic hydrocarbons.

    Studie se zabývala popisem degradace benzínu jeho alifatické a aromatické části v odpadních plynech pomocí biofiltrů. Bylo potvrzeno, že aromatická frakce benzínu je degradována mnohem rychleji a úplněji než alifatická frakce. Vliv vstupní koncentrace byl patrný zejména při degradaci alifatických uhlovodíků.
