A 168-day microcosms experiment was used to assess the possible functional and structural shifts occurring in the bacterial community of a site with an historical record of PCB contamination, after the introduction of plants whose roots have been inoculated with genetically modified microorganisms, designed for rhizoremediation.

Czech description
Po 168 dnech experimentu byla analyzována data charakterizující bakteriální komunitu osidlující historicky rekordně kontaminovanou zeminu PCB. Zemina byla osázena rostlinami a dále inokulována GMO vyvinutými pro rhizoremediaci.
