Total 25 varieties of potatoes were evaluated during three years. Based on their antioxidant capacity and tuber appearance, the blue-flesh variety Blaue St Galler and Olivia and their red-flesh varieties Mountain Rose and Herbie 26are recommended for speciality potato production.

Celkem 25 odrůd brambor bylo vyhodnocováno po dobu tří let. Na základě vzhledu hlíz a antioxidační kapacity byly pro speciální výrobky z brambor vybrány modré odrůdy Blaue St Galler a Olivia, a červené odrůdy Mountain Rose a Herbie 26.
