An external electric field (E) changes the net reaction stoichiometry of the arsenous acid oxidation by iodate within the reaction front and the front propagation velocity (v). Three regions of the different types of the net stoichiometry have been experimentally found in the parametric plane E/v vs. S (the ratio of reactant's initial concentrations).
