Original language description
There is a big international project running under the Commission of the EC Fifth Framework Programme on "Enhanced, Intelligent Processing of Food and Related Wastes using Thermophilic Population". In the Bioprocess Control Laboratory of the ICT Prague aknowledge based control strategy is prepared. In order to be ready for testing and simulation of possible processes and their control, a set of simple models was created. Some of them for the batch and fed-batch process are presented in the paper.
