Original language description

Digital signal processing methods and methods of image de-noising form a fundamental tool in many problems related to biomedical signal processing. The paper present the use of the two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform (DWT) for signal decompositionand reconstruction using thresholding to suppress undesirable signal components. The proposed algorithm is discussed in the paper in connection with the use of Matlab Web Server for remote data processing.
