  • Original language description

    The gas hold-up in stirred vessel with two axial pitch blade turbines and two Techmix-335 was studied. In coalescing systems (water) was not found noticeable influence of solid particles on gas hold-up; in non-coalescing systems (salt and/or alcohol solutions) were the impact of solid particles remarkable and the gas hold-up with increasing concentration decreased. It was not found the influence of the type of solid (wetted and non-wetted material) on gas hold up to the concentration 10% w/w.
