The methodology was proposed, implemented and verified for preparing samples, i.e. the mixtures of organic volatile vapour with air within the concentration range from 0 % to 99 % LEL, based on the defined evaporation of the organic substance of concernin the stable air flow. The described equipment allows to prepare testing mixtures of volatile liquid vapours (methanol, ethanol, pentane, hexane, heptane, toluene, acetone, ethyl acetate, diethyl ether, etc.) in the concentrations of the order of ten per cent of the LEL continuously for tens or even hundreds of hours. The proposed method features very low operational demands only.
