    The utilization of modern monitoring method for description of size and rate of particles and bubbles in flotation

    The fundamental process in flotation is the formation of bubble - particle aggregate. The bubble - particle aggregate is created from cluster of bubbles and particles, which has lower density than density of surrounding solution, and the aggregate is carried to the surface. Study of the micro-process during interaction of the bubbles and particles is the basic step for understanding of flotation process. Due to a development of modern video-technique and methods of image analysis, the unique possibilityis opening up for a study of micro-processes in flotation

    Základním procesem ve flotaci je tvorba agregátu bublina - částice. Tento agregát je vytvořený ze shluku bublin a částic, který má menší hustotu než je hustota okolního roztoku, proto je vynášen na povrch. Studium mikro-procesů při interakci bublin a částic je prvním krokem k porozumění flotačního procesu. S rozvojem moderní video-techniky a metod analýzy obrazu se otvírá jedinečná příležitost studovat mikro-procesu při flotaci.
