    Recommended Vapor Pressure of Solid Naphthalene

  • Original language description

    Recommended vapor pressures of solid naphthalene, which are consistent with calorimetric enthalpies of sublimation and also with properties at the triple point temperature (vapor pressure, enthalpy of vaporization and enthalpy of fusion), were established. The recommended data were developed by a multiproperty simultaneous correlation of vapor pressures and related thermal data. Vapor pressures measured in this work by a static method in the temperature range from (273 to 313) K, covering pressure rangefrom (0.8 to 45) Pa, were included in the simultaneous correlation. Effect of thermal transpiration was found to be negligible in this pressure range.

    Byly stanoveny doporučené hodnoty tlaku nasycených par tuhého naftalenu, konzistentní s kalorimetricky získanými sublimačními entalpiemi a rovněž s veličinami v trojném bodě (tlakem nasycených par, výparnou entalpií a entalpií tání). Doporučená data bylazískána simultánní korelací tlaku nasycených par a termálních veličin. V korelaci byly použity experimentální hodnoty tlaku nasycených par, naměřené v rámci této práce statickou metodou v teplotním rozsahu od 273 do 313 K (od 0.8 do 45 Pa). Bylo ověřeno, že v tomto rozsahu tlaků je termální transpirace zanedbatelná.
