Environmental Impact of continuous CO2 release

  • Original language description

The original version of the program PLUME has been over-worked so that it can be used for modelling of continuous release of gases and vapours at common process operations. This new version enables to involve existence of more sources with different locations and heights. Provided a temperature of released gas differs from that of atmospheric temperature, the source height can be corrected by empirical relationship for calculation of additional source height. Results of calculations are in the form of concentrations at an object situated in various length and height co-ordinates.The study focuses attention on problems connected with providing IPPC permissions and CO2 targeting
