Dynamics of the reaction between hydrogen peroxide and thiosulfate catalyzed by Cu2+ in the solution of H2SO4 (HPTCu) in two coupled reaction cells are studied. The coupling is mediated by a membrane allowing for mass transfer. We studied effects of varying flow rate and the coupling strength on the system. Dynamical behavior includes nonhomogeneous steady states, synchronized periodic as well as nonperiodic behaviour. Also effects of external pulse perturbations under excitable conditions were studied.

Czech description
Práce se zabívá studiem složité dynamiky reakce peroxidu vodíku a thiosíranu ve dvouch, navzájem propojených reaktorech. Propojení těchto reaktorů dává vzniknout dalším typům dynamického chování, než když je tato reakce studována pouze v samotném reaktoru. Je studován vliv vnějších perturbací na celkovou dynamiku systému.
