    Contribution considers problems from food industry. Problems are solved and demonstrated to educate students. We want them to understand process, simulate different situations, and see variations in time. Mathematical model of the process is done by partial differential equation. Although we have software for PDE solution we transfer problem to system of ODE for better understanding. Two problems, their models, solutions and results are presented below.
