Study of attachment efficiency during the bubble-particle interaction
Original language description
For efficient capture to occur between the bubble and particle, they must undergo firstly a sufficiently close encounter. If the particle and the bubble approach quite closely, the intervening liquid film between the bubble and particle surfaces will drain, leading to a critical thickness at which the film rupture occurs. This is than followed by the motion of three-phase contact line until a stabile wetting perimeter is established. This sequence of drainage, rupture and contact line movements constitutes the attachment process. Initial experimental study of bubble attachment on bigger spherical stationary particle is the aim of this project. The experimental research was focused on the description of a bubble trajectory and velocity. Adhesion mechanism between the bubble of different size (0,3 ? 0,5 mm) and the stationary spherical particle (10 mm) was studied.

Adhezní účinnost při interakci bubliny a částice
Czech description
Projekt studujeinterakce bublin o velikosti 0,3 ? 0,5mm a větší částice (10 mm).
