Non-contact Measuring the Surface Temperature of Chemical Sensors
Original language description
IR-thermometer KLEIBER KGA 730-LO fitted with the LVO 25 S-4 special measuring optical head with the measuring field of 0.5 mm diameter makes it possible to measure temperature distribution over small objects, such as chemical sensors. Surface temperatures of pellistor sensors with various surface types and various design configurations. Temperature distribution over the supporting plates of chemical conductivity sensors was measured in addition. The experiments demonstrated that the temperature gradients on the sensor surface can be monitored very well using by the non-contact thermometer under various operational conditions and with different orientation in space.
