Electroosmosis in AC and DC electric field is an important method to delivery liquids in microdevices. This paper presents the fabrication methods of microchips to study these phenomena. Devices are based on the use of glass substrates and plastics. Fabrication of microfluidic devices is based on combination of several techniques.
