Original language description
The issue of low bioavailability usually caused by low solubility and low dissolution rate has multiple solutions. One is to change the form of the active pharmaceutical substance to a salt using thermally induced reaction. Fluid bed coating by this substance creates a multiple-layered particle which enables to control the release. Another advantage of this method is a possibility to directly tablet the product with controlled release.
