    Currently, female patients undergoing MtF transition used both surgical and conservative option for the voice modification treatment. The most important factors affecting female patients' motivation, and therefore the effectiveness of a treatment, are: age, musicality, education and voice-career classification, physical disposition. MtF patients tend to expect immediate change of the voice so they frequently do not will to exercise and choose surgical treatment as a first choice. It is important to emphasize that, as for every scheduled of voice treatment, a surgery is to be preceded and succeeded by voice rehabilitation. Conservative therapy is a long-term (usually several-month-lasting) matter and is not suitable for every patient (see factors affecting motivation and voice perception). In this study were compared and considered success of therapy treatment of two groups of MtF patients.
