The 2020 ENCATC Digital Congress “Cultural management and policy in a post-digital world – navigating uncertainty”, co-organized by AMU, took place 3th - 11th November 2020 and its programme was divided into six half day sections. The Congress aimed to explore ground-breaking innovations in cultural management and policy education and encouraged steps to ensure significant improvements in this industry. Discussions and interactions of an international roster of experts, educators, researchers, cultural professionals and policy makers offered the opportunity to explore insightful experiences connected to the related topics in order to be able to better respond to challenges facing in today's digital environment. AMU partnered with ENCATC (European Network on Cultural Management and Policy) as a main organizer to co-produce this annual international, industry leading event. AMU team was responsible for design and organizing the content of the opening day of the congress, overall co-organization and contributed with four presentations of research conducted on the Department of Arts Management of Theatre Faculty during the rest of the programme.
