Iterative Determination of Several Interior Eigenstates of Large Matrices: Application to the Determination of Light-induced Resonances in H 2 + .
Original language description
Perturbative iterative methods for determination of several eigensolutions of large non-hermitian matrices are developed in framework of Bloch formalism of wave operators and effective Hamiltonian. The partition of the full Hilbert space into three subspaces and the quasi-quadratic approximations of the exact Newton-Raphson solution improve the convergence and stability properties of the iterative processesand brings the computational efficiency far beyond standard perturbanion theory.
