Valency and Coordination States of Iron in FeAPO-11. An in situ Mössbauer Study.

  • Original language description

Distribution of Fe2+ and Fe3+ framework ions and their coordinations in molecular sieves of FeAPO-11 structure prepared by using different iron sources were investigated employing Mössbauer spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction.Simultaneous stabilization of Fe2+ and Fe3+ ions in various coordination states was observed.
