  • Original language description

    On model solutions of cadmium and selectred LMWOAs (oxalic, malic or citric acid) transport conditions in the rhizosphere can be studied within the artificially prepared phospholipid bilayer membrane on the polycarbonate support. Electrochemical impendance spectroscopy (EIS) is used to monitor the formation and stability of phospholipid membrane, whereas voltammetric methods can detect species, which are transferred across the membrane.
