Time-Resolved Fourier Transform Infrared Emission Spectroscopy: Application to Pulsed Discharges and Laser Ablation of Metals
Original language description
Time-resolved Fourier transform spectroscopy (TR-FTS) is reviewed, with emphasis on synchronous FTS using continuouslky scanning interferometers. By using a high-resolution Bruker 1FS 120 HR, a TR-FTS method hasn been developed with the help of a microcontroller Field Programmable Gate Array processor (FPGA), where a maximum of 64 time-resolved data are recorded with a present time interval in a single scan of the interferometer. This method has been applied to a pulsed discharge in a He and H2 mixtureto observe time profiles of H3+ and He2 emission spectra.
