Data for Resonance Raman scattering and anomalous anti-Stokes phenomena in CrSBr
Original language description
The data set underpins the Raman, resonance Raman (both including polarization-dependent measurements, also in the antiStokes region), photoluminescence, and optical absorption study of CrSBr crystals, a van der Waals, air-stable semiconductor material, showing its appealing intrinsic properties such as crystalline anisotropy, quasi-1D electronic characteristics, layer-dependent antiferromagnetism, and non-linear optical effects. The data show the differences between the absorption and emission spectra, focusing on the origin of the emission peak near 1.7 eV observed in the photoluminescence spectrum of CrSBr. Excitation-dependent Raman measurements in the relevant spectral region evidence the indirect nature of the 1.7 eV emission peak.
